A zest for Zumba

Our students had the opportunity to practice their Zumba steps when Charlotte and Peyton Martin from Dance Zumba visited Brigshaw to trial routines in preparation for the Zumba World Record attempt in June.  

Just one of the many events planned as part of the Brigshaw Co-operative Trust Olympics (BCTO), we will be attempting to break the Guinness Book of World Records for the largest Zumba class. Led by Charlotte and Peyton Martin from Dance Zumba and Brigshaw teachers Kerry Waterworth and Hayley Kibble, we hope to smash the current record of 2,012 participants with well over 2,500 people!  The routine will be filmed with Brigshaw's Student Dance Leaders so all staff and pupils throughout Brigshaw Co-operative Trust, our international schools, and members of the public can learn the steps!
